マグロを細かく刻んで、わさびと醤油で混ぜ合わせた物。寿司に似ている。

鮭はらみ → Harami of salmon

鮭の腹の脂肪がついている場所。肋骨の周囲。

ナポリタン = なぽりたん

 

Stir fry the boiled pasta with ketchup. Combine green peppers, ham and onions.

わらび餅 = わらびもち

 

Take starch from japanese bracken stalk and make it. Beware of poison❗️

 

黒みつ = くろみつ

 

Melted and boiled brown sugar.

 

きな粉 = きなこ

 

Soybeans were stir fry and it ground powder.

お新香 = おしんこ  or  漬物 = つけもの

カツ丼 = かつどん

 

In Japan there are also people who wish good luck and eat before the game.

カツ → 勝つ → victory

Wrap pork loin in breadcrumbs and fry it. Boil it with egg and soy sauce-based broth. Finally put it on rice.

ねぎ玉牛丼 = ねぎたまぎゅうどん

 

Green onion and raw eggs are placed on the beef bowl.

In Japan, there is also a food that just put raw eggs on the rice.

柏餅 = かしわもち

 

Food made by processing rice flour and making it into "上新粉". It make rice-cake and putting "あんこ" in rice-cake. Finally wrap leaves.

"みつまめ". "みつまめ" is Japanese-style sweets made with agar-agar, red beans, fruits, etc. Add syrup made from brown sugar. The same syrup as "黒みつ" described above.

 

寒天 = かんてん → agar-agar

栗羊羹 = くりようかん

 

Japanese-style sweets made by mixing “あんこ” and “寒天” and cooling it. Mixed a chestnut there and "栗羊羹".

 

"あんこ" is Boiled adzuki beans, add sugar and knead it.

豆大福 = まめだいふく

 

Japanese-style sweets wrapped "あんこ" with "お餅". "豆大福" is Mixed salt-bean in a "お餅".
